Tri-State Building Corp. was established in 1995 and continues to serve customers across eastern Iowa and western Illinois with a commitment to quality construction and dependable service. Owner Frank Reisen grew up working and going to school in Iowa—gaining hands-on experience through farm work, construction, and concrete—before building a career in post-frame construction.
Since partnering with Wick Buildings in 2010, he has helped construct over 300 buildings, bringing that experience to every project. Today, Frank leads a team that values hard work, problem solving, and delivering what the customer needs. For us, construction isn’t just a job—it’s the satisfaction of seeing progress every day and delivering a finished product customers can rely on.
